My name is Allison Kneubuhl and I help hotel and resort owners, asset managers and operators identify their marketing and sales goals whether it’s for underperforming assets, new builds, or repositioning. Together, we identify strategic objectives to achieve clear, measurable results. Then I come up with a plan to nail those goals and objectives.
The bottom line? I help you improve your hotel’s bottom line. Just like that.
I am passionate about hospitality. I learned the craft of sales and marketing early in my career from the best names in the business: Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Regent International Hotels.
Operating a consultancy for almost two decades, I have advised some of the most well-known and celebrated independent luxury hotels and resorts including San Ysidro Ranch, Carneros Inn, Sea Island Resort, Ojai Valley Inn & Spa, Koa Kea Resort, and Kona Village. To name a few.
I have another overwhelming passion. The exquisite allure of a beautifully designed hotel lobby. The well-deserved indulgence that is room service after a long trip, and the social graces of a courteous staff that believes in where they work and live.
I believe in the luxury of extraordinary travel experiences. From the people you meet to the places you choose to stay.
And I work with clients to develop long-term relationships built on trust, integrity, professionalism, results, and a dose of moxie. . . identifying whatever the property needs to differentiate itself from other hotels. I come in as a consultant and stay on as a partner because I get results. It’s what I do.
